Let’s start with some interesting trends I found this week when I connected with roughly 120 hiring managers and recruiters because I think it’s quite telling.
I called up some of my former clients, talked with some colleagues and even posted a poll on LinkedIn (I know, how scientific of me).
I asked each of them how far back they thought a resume should go and gave them 3 choices: 5 years, 10 years, or 15 years.
